About Quinns Massage
& Movement
Quinns Massage Movement started because our founder, Crystal Gui, strongly advocates both massage and movement training to improve physical and emotional well-being.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist and Instructor of several movement modalities, Crystal discovered that most of her clients benefited from complementing their lifestyle activities with massage or rehabilitated more effectively from an injury with personalised functional movement training.

So when you can’t decide whether to have a massage or do personal-based training, why not experience both?
We are qualified to help you find the perfect massage and personal training for you, catering to your needs at every stage of life. Whether you are currently recovering from injuries or are going through pregnancy, we have a massage for you.
Personal training through Yoga and Pilates helps you to progress with your personal goals while working with your body’s limitations at that time.
How we Started...
Founder, Lead Therapist & Instructor
Crystal was introduced to the world of massage in 2013 while working at the prestigious Energy Day Spa in Kuala Lumpur.

In 2015, Crystal began training for her Certificate IV in Massage at NSW School of Massage, she enjoyed it so much that she then went on to complete her Diploma of Remedial Massage with the Australian College of Eastern Medicine where she also trained in Dry Needling and Cupping.
Four years later, Crystal qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage under Vodder International where she learned to deal with lymphoedema and post-surgery patients. Crystal loves helping people with their ailments and has worked in several clinics alongside other allied health practitioners including Life Ready Physiotherapy and Oceanside Chiropractic.
Before discovering her love for massage, Crystal worked in the corporate world and was an avid dancer, she found peace and healing through yoga. Though she enjoyed her time on stage, her time on the mat balanced out the intense cardio and muscle aches incurred from dancing.
Inspired by the effects of yoga, she left the corporate world in 2010 and underwent certification to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Acroyoga, Antigravity Yoga, and other styles. Seeing the complementary influence of Pilates for core cultivation on her body too, she trained under Studio Pilates to be a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor.
Crystal's favourite style of yoga, she says her first experience with this style was when her friend placed herself on her feet on the beach and started balancing her body on them. After that Crystal hunted down classes in Kuala Lumpur and attended workshops and immersions in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. Crystal began training as a flyer and a base in Acroyoga, assisting classes and even integrating aspects of Acroyoga in her yoga class.
As an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, Crystal has conducted several 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Australia and enjoys sharing her love for yoga with other budding instructors.
When she is not teaching classes or workshops you can find Crystal contorted on her mat or upside down practicing her handstands.

TESTIMONIALS
“I have been receiving remedial massages on a monthly basis with Crystal and during one of my
appointments, Crystal suggested I try manual lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling as I had recently broken my nose whilst playing sport.
I did the massage that day (a few days before my surgery) and came in again for the same treatment a few days afterward. Not only did I have no swelling, but it also assisted with minimal bruising occurring on my face.
I would highly recommend lymphatic drainage massage and Crystal as a therapist.”
