What should I bring or do for my first massage appointment?

Prior to your first massage, please fill in the client form.

If you have any medical reports or scans in digital form, you can send them prior or bring them with you to your first appointment.

Is there a minimum age for massage?

No, however for those under 16 years old, parental consent is required in the client form and parental/guardian presence is recommended during the session if they have any mobility issues.

Do you do health fund rebates?

Yes, if you have Remedial Massage in your policy, you can claim health fund rebates for Remedial Massage using the HICAPS machine. 

 

Please check with your health fund how you can claim your rebate (e.g. using an app, online or in-store).

Can I use sessions issued for Chronic Disease Management
(formerly known as EPC) by my GP for massage?

Unfortunately at this stage, no.

What do I wear and bring for my first personal training session?

Activewear. If you do not have activewear, you can wear a T-shirt with shorts or sweat pants that allow movement. If you are doing a reformer session, please bring grip socks or inform your instructor prior if you do not have them.

 

A bottle of water and a towel is always handy on hot days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel/postpone your session otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
